Leadership and Board

The people guiding Brightway combine decades of expertise with a firm resolve that progress is always possible.

Our leadership team includes board-certified behavior analysts, medical professionals, program directors, and administrative leaders who've built their careers advancing autism and other developmental disability services. Some have been with us for over 20 years, or have personal connections to the mission through family members who Brightway has served.

Our Board of Directors brings strategic oversight, community ties, and deep expertise across healthcare, finance, legal affairs, and other industries.
