Blended Day Habilitation & Community-Based Pre-Vocational
This program is specially designed for people who have some vocational skills or interests and are looking to start their employment journey or increase their independence. Participants engage in a blend of Day Habilitation and Community-Based Pre-Vocational services. While most activities focus on vocational skills, there's flexibility to participate in traditional day habilitation activities. Participants gain valuable work experience and improve their skills through a variety of community internships.

Pre-Vocational Services: Community-Based Work Readiness
Our community-based program is designed to assess and promote work readiness skills. Staff will bring groups to community internship sites, where participants are evaluated on work readiness. The objective is to develop strategies and goals that support a successful transition to competitive employment in an integrated community setting.

ACCES-VR: Entering the Workforce
ACCES-VR is for people ready to enter the workforce. The goal is for participants to successfully transition within 90 days of placement to OPWDD Supported Employment for ongoing assistance if needed.
